MILITARY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT BETWEEN TURKEY AND ETHIOPIA
The Govemment of the Republic of Turkey and the Govemment of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (hereinafter referred to as individually "Party" and collectively"Parties"),

Confirming their commitment to the aims and principles of the Charter of the United Nations,
Eraphasizing that cooperation in various military fîelds on the basis of mutual respect for sovereignty and equality of both Parties shall contribute to the common interests and economiceffıciency of the Parties,
Expressing the need for improving the existing friendly relations betvveen the Parties on the basis of national laws, intemational laws and agreements,
Have agreed upon the foIlowing:

ARTICLEI PURPOSE
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a framework for relations and develop cooperation between the Parties in the fîelds specified in ARTICLE IV.
ARTICLEII SCOPE

This Agreement shall be applied to the exchange of personnel, material, equipment, informationandexperienceinthefîeldsspecifîedinARTICLEİV.
